Aftermarket parts do nothing for the resale value of a bike and not a single person here will give a **** about how much you paid for labor on the bike since mostly everyone does their own labor or has friends help them out.

Yo first of all my man...whether you do it yourself or not..its labor and time invested...so it matters to anyone...and all those after market parts cost money...so of course they gonna affect the bikes value...

You're not gonna get $4500 for this bike here.

Here's a mint unstunted 929 for $3,000 that still hasn't sold.

Who's hating and low balling you? This entire thread is you talking to yourself. You bumped this thread like 10 times in a day. Not one person made you an offer on your bike, so how is anyone low balling you?

Re: 2000 cbr 929 thousands in work with reciepts

Jesus. what is wrong with people. DOING AFTERMARKET UPGRADES DOES NOT AFFECT VALUE OF YOUR BIKE! Everyone has diff opinions on what parts they want to put on. Just means they will take your **** off and sell it. Oh and you bought tires and you did this. No one gives a ****, we all invest time and money into our bikes. Its the nature of the beast. Bikes are valued what they are valued at. If it books for 4300. You may get 4500-4800 if it is super clean just cuz someone will pay for how well its been maintained, but just cuz you bought a $68 windscreen and $100 in oil and paid someone $400 in tires. You bike is still worth $4300.

Post pictures, maybe with it being super clean you will get less flak.

Good luck with your sale either way.

Re: 2000 cbr 929 thousands in work with reciepts

If someone is interested in a stunt bike that is fully legal and clean as hell....with all these parts...they getting a bargain for it..cause everything is set up and ready to go...and if they was buying the bike I'd probably sell the bike if it was stock for around 3k
easy..and i mean easy...but because I don't have the time..to part it out and ****..due to the circumstances....I'm selling the bike as i see fit...

Ain't nobody got a gun to anybodies head...if you not interested thats cool..I mean they got a ton of 600s for 1500-2k..on this forum right now.....

But..knowing that the work was done in a really good shop..means its been done right....no half *** jobs... so its more for a piece of mind then anything else..and shows..the money invested in the bike...

You have the time to post over and over but cant take pics for the bike you want to sell so bad? Will you have time to deal with someone who buys this bike?
