i should ... but i am gonna try to take the high road ... i work with the person way too much and not being friends will suck .... this person just has a bad tendency of wanting things right away and blaming others whenever possible.

Best advice.....

I can't fake the funk.....I'll call them out......and I have......my old boss was suppossed to be my friend but I found out she was taking credit for all of my work and bad mouthing me......I made sure her boss knew the real deal and told her to **** off very clearly!!

a lot of my good friends are guys i used to work with, i see what youre saying though.

If you have a job doing somethign youre interested in, theres a good chance of having a common interest with your coworkers. In many cases thats more than enough for a good friendship.
