who is PAR???
Re: who is PAR???
The V6 can get 19-20 highway in the base models. 16-17 around town. You have to get the tow package to have the 5000 lb tow rating. It includes a transmission cooler and mechanical fan. We don't have it and I haven't had any trouble towing but the most I towed was my boat and that was only for about 10 miles. The only issue with towing is you have to get a custom made ball mount. The spare tire is in the way of the hitch ball. I had one made that was 14" from pin to ball. It works well. I don't know if the factory hitch is different, mine has a UHaul one on it.

Oh and not to mention there are only about 12,000 CRD's in the US and many dealers will not touch them anymore with all the major problems that they are having(turbo's,EGR valves, transmissions, intercooler hoses, fuel filter heater heads, clutch fans just to name a few).
Chysler does not make the engine in the CRD's,a Italian company does. The EGR required for emisions was rushed and not right, the trans was right out of a HEMI Ram with no change to the torque converter, granted the HEMI makes more torque but the CRD makes almost as much but at almost 4000rpm's lower and that kills the plastic stater in the torque converter.Basically the US version of the CRD was threw together to judge buyer response but emissions killed it.

But is it unthawed?
