Like I said I don't remember. I measured the aluminum cover thickness and subtracted the thickness of the steel cover.

Re: Semi work safe

nvm found your thread where they said it was 1/4 inch more ... so 1 1/4 hex head with some cadmium plated washers should do the trick ....

full kit but too expensive

I went all stainless. It was like $6-$10 for 12 bolts and washers.

Aluminum construction does not rust. No, but it corrodes which is the same thing. Dumbasses.

That includes the cover which you already have ordered.

What exactly happened anyway? I know youve been working on your hub, have some broken wheel studs, and may need a new rim. But I still havent read what happened in the first place

I was cruising the eway on my way to the gym and wondered why i felt a vibration when i was decel'ing .. so i drove faster

after the gym just idling through the lot i heard a thump type noise, so i went across the street to a big lot and let my truck idle in drive while i walked around the outside - i then noticed my passenger rear wheel was wobbling, and only had 3 lug nuts (8 bolt) holding it on, and 4 of them were sheared off ... so i had a buddy bring me a jack and i hand tightened the last 3 as tight as i could and limped home a few miles at 20mph ...

beta alanine? nope ... never taken much of anything ... i don't even use creatine anymore ... just tried that tribulus stuff and it may have slightly elevated my test levels, but I doubt anything significantly ... all i take now is protein, fish oil, a multi, and greens supps ..

I know tnation muscle heads are all about it, but they articels seem so slanted and biased ... don't see too many guys on sherdog in d&s that believe in it - and they all seem to be pretty knowledgeable and factual with their approach to supps ... I still thought about giving it a try since I am a hard gainer - it's not too expensive and is suppose to stack good with creatine ...
