Damn dentist told me I had two more little cavities. I really gotta floss twice a day. Need to get the yard work knocked out so I don't have to worry about it this weekend. Might go to the Incubus concert Sunday night.

 

 

It's a mix here. Lots of athletes, some preppy skinny guys. Some skaters. Some fat guys. It's just eclectic. But it's definitely not ultra competitive.

i do know how the body works..thanks. you have shrunk in size...am i correct? how in the hell are you eating 3000 calories a day and shrink so much in size. the last time i saw a picture of you, you looked sick....you looked like you were a healthy size in your wedding pictures

Because I eat healthy. I battled gastritis which caused me to lose some weight. I "shrunk" from cutting out fast food, junk food, sugars, pops, etc, I lost the fat and the bloated look from eating crap ... I now eat mostly organic, low carbs, lots of fruits and vegetables, high volumes of lean protein, I eat constantly to support a high metabolism. Which is how our body was designed to process food - we weren't made to effectively break down processed carbs. It's basically a modified paleo diet. Do some reading about the glycemic index - I avoid worthless carbs that cause insulin spikes and create cortisol. Well except for the occasional beers followed by a pizza lol. I was not healthy in my wedding pictures at all despite how i looked. I may be leaner than I was but I am twice as strong and my endurance is three times what it was.

incubus concert last night was awesome .... random stabbing pains on the right side today are not

 

List of stuff to fix on the jeep ASAP!!

1. Steering drag link is rattling, loose at both ends
2. Today on my way to work my drivers window went down by itself (swear to god) and now it wont come back up, and none of the window or lock controls on the drivers door seem to work.
3. I have a leaking valve stem now too. I think its the core, so i replaced that this morning. we'll see how much air is left at the end of the day

 

the new brakes work awesome though!!

So we went upstate on saturday to do some hiking in the mountains. Had a really great time and hit some real fun trails.
