I may have found a running early 90's kawasaki jet ski for $300. I guess it runs fine out of water, but once it gets put in the water it bogs out.

 

do you guys not have to worry about corrosion there, since its all fresh water?

I think so. It has to be similar to the one zuki built up. Not sure if I want another project though. If I had the 954 done I would be all about it for sure.

probably pretty easy fix man ....

-could have an air leak causing the engine to run lean
-reeds could be worn or bent and would cause hesitation and stumbling
-mixture screws or carb could be improperly adjusted/tuned

buy it and replace the plugs, air filter, and batteries and rebuild the carbs, probably run like a champ then
