i'm pretty sure i have good reason for bitching....this is suppose to be OUR last few days together before the kids come home...but instead we're spending it with your mom who insulting me, our house, and you. you might not take offense to the stuff she's saying to you but i am. now, i'm not going to post about this anymore because it's our 'home life' and it's a thread killer.

It's not that I'm too cheap, it's just the trip cost/benefit isn't good enough. Financially and timewise 22 hours of driving and $170 of fuel isn't worth it to make fun of Becky to her face and get annoyed by her kids for under 24 hours.

it'd be under 10 hours each way. it was 12 hours to scoots house from here, and that was with 2-3 hours of delay due to mid day road construction traffic in PA, and i could only do 50 on most of the uphills unless i had a truck to draft.

his mother is insisting i get a cleaning lady because i can't keep up with the house. his grandmother wants to know what kind of woman i am for not owning an iron. his mother says we need a new trash can if we redo our kitchen because we can't have a white trash trash can in there....i said well i like it, and she says yeah i know you do. 
this might not seem like a big thing to you guys, but it's hard for me to hold back and not tell them to **** off. if my mother came into my house insulting it i would tell her to leave and not come back. maybe this is bad on my behave for not having 'manners' or 'class' but i don't give a ****.
