Still feel like poop. I need too save up energy to unload the DRZ. Good **** on the Sprinter.

DRZ needs a sprocket. I don't care what anyone says. -2 should be all it needs.

 

yeah i try to remember stuff when i can.

 

on the f41 you have to mount it back further then mine and you need to grind the bottom or the caliper a bit so you can get the pads all the way down ,and use some nice thick strong plate like 3/16 so there is no flex

 

what are the stock sizes? going 2 down sounds rough for the chain, depending on the oem of course

 

front brake pads are so much cheaper and easier to get than rears

 

and a little tip hookup and bleed the caliper before you make the bracket so you can center it on the rotor then just zip tie the hand brake to the clipon to hold the caliper in place while your making your template out of cardboard ,i used a paper plate lol

 

I don't know but the DRZ400E (dirt model) is geared like -1 +3.

 

depending on what caliper you use you might not be able to get the pads all the way down on the rotor but you can just grind a little off the top of the pad off because you don't want them hanging over the top of the rotor or they could touch when the pads are real low

 

wait till you put some commuting time on it before you change your **** up
