actually i am very leary of most of what i read on the net ... i have quite a few books i read, apply a lot of what i learned from biochem, and spend too much time reading studies and abstracts from the U.S. National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health as well as PubMed, which is millions of citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books.

 

i drink a big cup of it every morning, and about half to 3/4 through, i have to go **** immediately. solid too, real ****
