Nags gets Owned

Re: Nags gets Owned
I'll teach you if you haven't learned by then. I kept my F4i bone stock for a while when I first got it until i could clutch it up and ride a wheelie so slow it wanted to stall out. (5-7 mph). Then I went -2. Then I went -2 +14. Then I went +14.
Re: Nags gets Owned
Ok that's good advice. People were telling me 3k and clutch at 6...and it hopps up but doesn't go any further. It made me mad so I tried what Chris said and just stopped looking at the tach and just felt for it...which worked better. I'll try your advice.
Re: Nags gets Owned
ya i have never had a bike with gauges si i have always gone with sound
Re: Nags gets Owned
Coolio! I'm going to keep trying on my 8 up then...b/c that should be more than sufficient to get it up. I'm just all wrong on throttle.
Re: Nags gets Owned
Clutching up a stock F4i is pretty fucked up. It hopps up pretty quick once it catches. On a good clutch up what we are doing is barely looping the bike and catching it with the rear brake from going over. It takes skill so I would recomend either clutching it up at 15mph or so with stock gears or going +8 in the rear, turning the idle up to 4K and clutching it up to the BP and riding idle from a dead stop.
