i can see the exhaust heat thing. I dont agree with a trans cooler tho. The truck is built to pull many thousands of pounds around. You dont have many thousands of pounds though. Also, it gives the potential to run your tranny too cold, unless those have their own thermostats now. I had that problem with my old dodge, it wouldnt shift right cuz the tranny never warmed up unless i was racing it. A higher volume res is always a good idea.

That trip to Indy plus all the parts leading up to it along with paying for the cabin at KOTS and the beef has me tapped out of $. All I'm buying is krylon fusion, gas, and food this week.

The truck will have lower insurance and lower per month payments than my current one - so actually I am putting myself in a better place. Plus I am speculating gas goes up this summer, but diesel wont.

 

Thats my plan ... lacey gets a good *** job and our income pretty much doubles
