When I moved into my house 15 years ago, we built a deck out of pressure treated 2x6's. 2 years ago we replaced 2 or 3 planks, the rest are fine.
Every 5 years we give it another healthy coat of sealant, and every summer we do a quick pressure washing because mold starts to grow in the shade parts.
Thats been it for maintainence

I've had my house less than 4 years ... I've put a dope bathroom in and finished the garage and redid the kitchen ... it starts to get old after a while, especially when you constantly have to fix little **** - next house will be new or a condo ...

my sister used to be in sports marketing. she did a bunch of works for Dicks like 9 yrs ago...then got a job as a GM for her local dicks...best xmas gifts i ever got from her were while she worked then she had to get married and kids

1 car would just barely fit both bikes and 80% of your tools. You could get creative though and fit the other 20%. No cars and you would have to pull both bikes out just to get a screwdriver out of the drawer.
