So that interview yesterday was a joke. It wasn't even really an interview.

 

+1 and he won't be. I just need to finish up this notice and make an OK to tool and design work order for it and I am all set.

No I mean it was a joke in a good way. The guy asked what I was working on now and a BS question about my school. The rest of the time He was telling me about the company, what programs I would be working on, and the future plans/ advantages of the company.

Interview ended with him saying "I hate to put you in a holding pattern like this again, but we should get awarded the H2 program in the next coule of weeks. If for some reason we don't get awarded that, then I will bring you in when we get the oficial word on the Nissan program. I'll give you a call when we get oficall word and have you come in again so we can go over benefits, vacation time, and all that good stuff."

Looks like I have the job, but this company has a history of telling this manager he can hire people, then tells him he has to wait. It pisses Him off pretty bad from what I gathered talking to him.

 

If they give me what I asked for it will be a $11,600 a year pay raise. $18,600 if you count what they have been averaging for bonuses the last few years.
