no. smoking the leaf itself it pointless because its just not potent enough. you need to by the extract which is 10-20x the potency. no fancy lighter necessary. bong is recommended because it doesnt taste good like weed, but its also not necessary

I switched out of Mech E because the job market in CS was off the chart.

management is a shitty job though, not fun at all and youre swimming with sharks 24/7

I'm going to switch over to program management eventually. It's actually doing program work so you feel like you get something done other than pushing paper around. Plus it pays more than an engineering manager.

I'm in management and I also have to deal with big egos and yes, sharks. Someone is always trying to stab someone else in the back or step on them. I work with one of those right now in my own department. She's going out on maternity leave soon though and I CAN'T WAIT.

eh it depends ... i actually think it's one of my strong suites ... i know how to tell others what to do

i agree it can be a little cut throat but it also depends on the company you are in and their environment ... i wouldn't want to be in a position that dealt with union bs thats for sure

Re: Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*

How is there a high temp of 60 and an hour by hour high temp of 57?

Either way, I'm going to find a way to get out of work early today.
