The shitty thing about E was that you never, ever, got pure MDMA. It was all cut with coke, dope, speed, etc, and every pill was cut with different **** and different amounts of that ****. You never really knew what you were getting unless you had that specific type of E before.

Further comparisons can be made using monkey data. In a recent study by Mechan et al. (2006), the lowest repeated dose regimen that produced serotonergic effects, detectable after 2 weeks, in squirrel monkeys was 2.4 mg/kg given orally three times in a row (every 3 hours). The peak plasma MDMA concentrations seen after that dose was 787 ± 129 ng/ml (mean ± SEM, range: 654 to 1046 ng/ml) and the area-under-the-concentration-vs-time-curve (AUC, a measure of overall drug exposure) was 3451 ± 103 hr*ng/ml. In comparison, 1.6 mg/kg oral (112 mg in a 70 kg / person) in humans produces peak MDMA concentrations of 291.8 ± 76.5 ng/ml (range: 190 - 465 ng/ml) and an AUC of 3485.3 ± 760.1 hr*ng/ml (Kolbrich et al. 2008). Thus, a typical human dose produces peak MDMA concentrations that are about 37% of a known neurotoxic dose and has a very similar AUC. Because MDMA has nonlinear kinetics, it is likely that fewer than three of these doses would be needed to produce an exposure in humans greater than the dose schedule that produced decreased brain serotonin and decreased serotonin transporter binding in monkeys.

I may have been talking about the current system I have planned for my truck when someone asked if I was running a cap then explained to them why it would be a waste of money.
On a mild SQ setup it is a waste of money. On a high SPL system it is impossible to get the most out of your setup without several.

I took a **** test on E and came up positive for coke. What I was really trying to say is that they're all cut with different ****, and some give you an uppy feeling, some give you kinda a downy feeling, they all have a different feel because they're all not pure MDMA. Retired

when i was selling, i would send one or 2 pills from each batch out to get tested. Nothing was ever cut with coke or heroin. Actual MDMA was rare, MDA and MDEA were pretty much the bulk of it. They are both considered to be cheap, incomplete chemicals. IMHO the MDEA blew the real MDMA out of the water

Me and this girl were going to go to a motel to ****. I was like 17. My boy was with us at the spot, so I was gonna drop him off on the way home. I dropped him off in front of his house, said peace, and drove away. I then circled the block at least 5 more times, stopping in front of his house every time, talking to him, laughing about something, saying peace and shaking hands.... but there was no one in the back seat at all. We had dropped him off like 20 minutes ago. When she asked what I was doing I told her "I don't know I'm tired I think I ate something bad I probably have food poisoning" (mind you, this was the dumbest girl in the world). I then parked my truck off the side of the road on someones grass, and just start there nonchalantly waiting for a non-existant traffic light to change before driving off. As we continued to drive, I stopped at a real light rolled down my window and stated yelling at a tree because I thought it was a person staring at my girl.
We then got to the motel, just me and her. When we got in the hotel, she started taking her cloths off and I was like "yo what the **** is wrong with you there's mad people here don't be a *****.. we'll go in the bathroom later when everyone falls asleep". I thought I was at a party and there were a bunch of people in the room.
I was having conversations and bullshitting with a room full of non existent people... all while this poor retarded girl thought I just had food poisoning
I tripped harder on that and longer than anything in my life. 8+ hours of intense enough hallucinations that I was havin conversations with people that didn't exist and they were responding to me.
