You can almost do the rails, tray, and chin pad with one sheet. It's way more than enough to do just the rails.

Nice! Time to order some turf. I bought an actual traymat and I am going to reuse the stock side panels because they are in mint condition.

Drill out water box
Clean engine bay
Glue down all of the rubber pads that were in the engine bay
Replace water box/Fuel tank

Usually the tray mat is just a pre-cut piece of hydroturf. You could have gotten away with just buying the sheet of turf.

It's thicker than the regular turf. I could have sworn I remembered you saying to either get a tray mat or to get underpadding for the tray because sheet turf alone isn't enough padding.

The stock mat is spongy like neoprene. Is that what you got? I'd definitely put the 25mm padding from HT on under the turf next time. There is no padding to the turf.

One more thing that is very important. Make sure you sand all the paint off any area where you will be putting turf. If you don't the cement only sticks to the paint and soon the paint chips off and your turf lifts. I had quite a few places I had to fix with superglue.

Good to know. Looks like it's time to do some work with a 60 grit sanding wheel.

Re: Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*

I finally stopped to look at that Honda Odyssey. It's actually a Pilot with front and rear suspension. There was no sign on it or anything. It's out at the entrance to an industrial park. How does the guy expect to sell it if you can't get ahold of him?
