thats what i see too. i was thinking of maybe holding a counterweight in my hands, and holding it way over the front where the centripetal force wont push it out

Yes, the lean forward is a must. but the bars dont have to touch your chest (they might though)

Take throttle hand off first, hold on lightly with clutch hand, attempt to have everything set, then let go slowly... kind of like when you were first learning NTH and no handers...

I dont even do stoppies, especially not on my FIB bike. The thought of guillotining is whats kept me from doing a hook like AC rocks, but like i said, i dont even do stoppies.

I practice em for a few days, and then i flip one, and then i dont practice them for a month.

and, i always have shot front tires for some reason, even tho all i do is wheelies, and half my bikes dont have working front brakes

I do have 1 bike all set up for them, but its still too cold to ride it anyway

Yeah i had the idea about 2-3 years ago when i first started using a HB... but then i just got better with it and didnt need the extra power...

BUT, now that im doing off peg coasters more, i really WANT the extra power!!! I think when i return from EDL it's going to happen.. i would hookit up tonight but i dont have a reg. mount caliper to try it with.. i only have 2-3 extra pairs of Radial mounts... harder to hook up...

Next time I ride with you I want to go to the "John Legion" stoppie school. I have been to the Ryan Cramer stoppie school and concluded that he rolled so far becasue he was insane.

Too much moving hands and grabbing different stuff... KISS (keep it simple stupid) Just learn to rock NTH O's... then work on letting go with the clutch hand... that also makes it easier to garb the bars if you start to lose it!

it really is that much better. I have the brembo 16x18 on my other bike, and the 4 piston is a full notch better. you can put a flamingo on the bar, pull way back, drag a foot, and still pull it right back off without even using the full force on 1 finger
