ok so i've done all my workouts tonight except for my crunches, i'll do that while the kids are going to bed. my arms are burning like a mother, but it's a good burn. my cardio didn't go so well because my dad is sleeping, so i couldn't get too loud, but i still feel like i did good enough with work today and then the minor stuff i did....maybe i'll do some jumping jacks when the kids are actually asleep.

 

see mike, you have tons of options, you just need to make a decision with what you want to do with your life..not really what, but where you want to live

 

i really suck at cars ... bought plugs - popped my hood and said 3 of the 6 i can get too - how the hell will i get the other 3 so i decided to give up. was gonna change the oil but dont know where the oil drain bolt is hahahahahaha

no i poked it with the test light while having the clip on the neg side of the batt and that made the relay click but didn't turn the light on

 

i think something is leaking from my front axle too

 

i think i need brake fluid in my car

 

You have to use a bigger mallet, its pressed on. I used a small sledge because i didnt really care if it broke. It didnt by the way.

 

And now my truck is happy with mobil1

 

i forgot to close my window last night, thank god it's still in the mid 40s

 

today was suppose to hit 80.....now they're saying only 73...tomorrow 78 but we're suppose to get t-storms. then back down into the 50s until wed next week.....then back into the 70s :YEAH

 

even though i'm not going to count on it for next week until next week comes.

 

my right arm is really sore this morning.....mainly right around my elbow to halfway up my shoulder

 

my left arm doesn't hurt at all

 

i seen a pretty funny commercial last night for verizon amp mobile or something like that.....a fat asian guy with glasses was in the bathroom singing gonna get you and that booty gonna get you and that booty, then all of a sudden he started to rap like e40 and then his white coworker walks up to wash his hands
