If you want to have nice equipment you're gonna have to spend some coin. The escapade bindings are way too high end and made with a lot of carbon in them which makes them real stiff. If she's just starting out she's not going to want stiff bindings you want soft forgiving equipment. A 145 may be a bit too big my girl's 5' and she's on a 138 she's getting a 141 this year. If you're going to talk product I'm always going to push Burton but there are a lot of other companies that make good stuff too.
... i had read a few girls that liked the escapades - didn't know they were that stiff ... thanks for the heads up on that too ... i have no prob with going burton it just seems like they have a ton of fan boys and i feel like they are over marketed and the quality might not be the same as some of the smaller companies ... although i am no pro so it probably won't matter what i ride lol ... i'm going a little cheaper for the wife as it really won't matter for her

What are you nuts lol??? I havent cleaned that thing in a year. I aint powder coating **** on there -especially not no ****** runnin boards or whatever they're ****** called. But why dont you pc my bike for free - you know since we're so cool and all. I'll put some Fury stickers on my bike to advertise for you sorta like a sponsorship except for a gahbage rider

I don't like discussing my job on internet forums, but I might be able to get you one. Check the price online for just the pad though, it might be worth it just to buy one because the one I might be able to get you will be pulled off and used. I will also have to ship it and it will be an odd sized package.
