scoot guess what...i hit my goal size!!!! i've hit the 'size' and weight i want to be at...now i just have to tone up. korno suggested i start out with doing 20 situps, pullups, lunges, and pushups on a daily basis for 3 weeks at least...then add more when i can. thoughts on this?

the kites have a harness you strap into ... there are like 6 different ropes going to certain areas of the kite from the harness and bar too - they allow you to control your loft and direction

Meeting goals is an awesome accomplishment.

keep eating healthy, if you were watching calories make sure you add like 200-300 more as you start to do more "toning" work, as you want to keep your caloric intake at a maintenance level, not a lose weight level ...
those are good suggestions, maybe do 2 sets of each 20 reps per set, squats are real good too, all can be done without weight for a few weeks, then you can add like small 3-5 lb dumbells or something ... besides situps, try v-ups also
