I totally agree with you and this applies to many things in life. You have two people with equal talent. One tries 9 times and gives up and the other tries a tenth time and succeeds. What makes him better? Nothing. It's that he did not give up. There have been so many things in my life that I have done that other said "there is no way that will happen" and I keep proving them wrong time and time again and they still don't get it.
Yes some people will take advantage, but why not return the favor? While they are getting you for free you are hussling your game and getting your name out there and making it happen. One thing is for sure, if you don't try something they you are guranteed to fail. I'm much more successful than most and it's not because I'm better or smarter...it's because of my determination and my willingness to be humble in the face of oppertunty.
In the end you make your own destiny.

look how many good ball players out there that are better than some of those in the NBA,the difference is they were blessed with an opportunity that everybody else didnt get. so stunters when opportunity presents itself no matter how big or small take advantage of it! cause opportunity is the difference between sucess and failure.
