Pretty standard for most locations with motorcycle events. It's not that bad and usually only the excessive ones get ticketed!

so nobody with a liter bike can go. lol. i swear all the guys i ride with that have 1000's have to blip the throttle every time they pull the clutch in for a red light. lol

i always laugh at that because i picture the person of the bike thinking (this bike is so badass and fast and im so tuff )
