i know carms. nothing against you. i had a blast riding. it is the most fun i've had in a loooong time. like i said we'll see if gixxie comes through.

After that thread were it seemed Gixxie fired leslie and tom dick and bob said they were promoting and then Captain Insano got into it with the owner of the place. I have no fookin idea

 

honestly ..... it wasn't like EVERYONE was COMPLETELY tricked or something .... there were MANY signs of what was probably going to happen WAY ahead of time ... we were all talking about it. One of the first signs was the whole announcer screwing/promising/behind the back/switching **** ......
I belive that there was a thread started about this after the alabama show deal ..... it's called "I HAVE AN IDEA" .... then, there was SIGN after SIGN following almost everyday up until the show .... and like everyone is saying, it was even the night before with all the payout bullshit and the **** about "who's running the show" ..... no one knew anything, because nothing was ran properly ... and it showed this past weekend ... how about this -- why doesnt everyone that's complaining step up and actually NOT GO and NOT support the show .... then maybe the shady wack *** promoters will get it .... but what the **** will they care if everyone shows up and supports it and then complains after ..... you want something done, then don't support this type of business .... if you don't then you have no business complaining (and by "YOU", I'm referring to everyone that's complaining)

us meaning the stunters in general, not me personally, i didnt even go cuz i knew it was gonna be gay, as soon as i started hearing all the b.s., things changing and just overall reading about it, pffft, fawk that. im not wasting money going to a bullshiot show..... hope that was a good explanation... if not, just ask cuz i got more....

 

The "Actual" promoters were kick *** and did one hell of a job. They just trusted the wrong people to run this "One of Many" events going on and gave them the same promises they gave all the riders. I wouldn't blame Scott or Steve one bit. For those that had a chance to speak with them in person know what I am saying. Most people didn't grasp the fact that the stunt aspect of this event was just one piece of the pie that helped make CylePalooza a whole.

I could go on for days about this event as I am sure most of those that were there could, but the guys running this event know the mistake made and are already in the process of rectifying the situation. A few of us tried to warn them in advance, but they decided to put too much trust in the wrong people. I am sure those individuals learned a lesson that putting on an event is no easy process and the minor details make a huge difference.

First of all I didn't get 'Fired', second I was told that everything was under control ( By Gixxie) and third as far as the pay outs go, when it was found out they were cut it was everyone elses idea to wait til the riders meeting to bring it up...

I wish things would have gone alot smoother, but at the end of the event when all was said & done I didn't hear anyone say that they didn't have a good time !
