Re: Stoppie pictures?

Yep, to do endos, there is lots of techniques, but everyone does that own way, which feels the best to do it.

endo 1

endo 2

endo 3

endo 4

But this moment, my riding is finnished so far. I crashed very heavely yesturday, about 25kmh trying to do an endo, but result was really big crash on down hill on asfalt.
I was wearing full face helmet, which protected me thoot damage and chin damage, also knee covers protected on seriuous knee injuries.
I was damm lucky, just right knee is quite hurt, but nothing isn't broken.
My first big crash...and I survive it quite small injuries...I was lucky.
THANKS A GOOD HELMET AND KNEE COVERS!

And who said, that bicycle doesn't need helmet!

Re: Stoppie pictures?

yeah I can do endo's seated, and on the pedals. I can stall on my frontwheel for some time, kinda like a trial rider.
but I want to do hang 5's (kinda like a brakeless seated endo)
I hope I'll finnish my building my Hardrock soon, so I can do wheelies.
because my wtp Flatland bike is a little on the short & low side to wheelie + I dont have cranks anymore (getting some new ones soon)

damn S.A thats a nice bike! a Kona Stuff??
are those Hookworm tires?
I,m building up a Specialized Hardrock, with Marzocchi DirtJump3 forks, hayes discbrakes, Mavic rims with hookworms and Northshore extreme 4130 DJ bars.

I'l post pics soon..

Yep, I can also stall on my front wheel, but last year remember couple of crashes too when I was doing that.

Thaks feedback for the bike. That's Kona Roast. A bit expensier (Finland), than Stuff. Stuff has mechanical brakes, Roast has Hydraulic Hayes disc brakes. And some things are cheaper Stuff than Roast.
Here Finland Stuff costs about 1000 euros, and Roast 1500 euros.

I have changed the Marzocchi EXR fork to the Planet X non unyielding fork.
Tires are Swalbe (I think) Big Apples.
Yep, I can recommend Hayes hydraulic disc brakes defenitely!
They are fantastic brakes, even if you has "only" 6" disc.

Here is some pics of the bike

This pic is from last year, when I had the old tires there.

And these two are taken this year on spring.

Re: Stoppie pictures?

hehe I sometimes crash when doing frontwheel stalls, but hey its a flatland bike so It can handle it..and I nearly always feel it comming.
the Kona complete bike costs about the same as here (Holland)
today I'm gonna buy a headset in order to fit in my DJ3 fork.
but you have a ridgid fork, is that any good for Dirt jump? It looks nice! and light..

Nice to know, that here in Finland bikes aren't so expensive than it looks.
Ööh...I do not do dirt jumping. It just isn't my riding style at all. That fork is specialised for dirt jumping, but I use it only for street driving.
And speciality endos, it feels just great. (I think that this summer, no more endos for me....healty reasons )
