wet weather helps?
I seem to endo way better when it gets done raining, or is raining, its like my pads grip better for some reason. When its dry out, I can jam the brake down hard as hell, but barly anything happens

the moisture might help the rubber grip a little better. it's just the opposite for me though. whenever i try to ride flatland in the rain, my brakes go out... so i'm stuck to rolling tricks. when it's dry out though, you could try taking your pads off and use sandpaper to rough them a little. Also, take some Simple Green and clean your rims. I never really use glass cleaner, because it can leave a film on your rims, causing less stopping power. You could also re-adjust your brakes completely? just a thought.

well the reason yours gave out is because to much rain on the rim for the brake to happen and you others its becasue you got just the right amount of rain on your sthat it makes it just right to do the perfet stoppie see trust me i'm a dirt rider and i ride in any weather and thats what ive noticed anyways.

nope. don't think it has anything to do with "too much" rain for me. Any amount of water on my rims really doesn't make it grip any better. my rims need to be completely dry for the stuff i put em through with the brakes. for dirt jumping, you don't really need brakes, so there's not that much of a difference for you. i ride street too, and i don't run brakes on that bike. so i don't mind riding in the rain for street.
