just got back.. daymn it helps with them coasters a bunch.. the only downside is that when ur just riding its realllly uncomfortable and it puts more strain on your legs..

i sit on the back edge, or lip, of my seat when doing wheelies 
i do't really sit IN the seat, i sit ON it, but i still get better grip off the angle than without

its almost the same unless you're gonna do a long wheelie or something then sitting in it is alittle more comfy. If you sit too far on the edge where you feel like you're gonna slip off its gonna effect your spreaders and **** though
if pretty much on the back lip, so that when i roll back my tailbone doesn't get crunched by the rear of the seat
