.... now go out the the garage and retighen those subframe bolts, and get to know someone that can weld aluminium, cuz those subframes dont last long!!

congratz, man. you did it. i´m still working on it and also wasted 2 frontrimes, 1 cage, 2 handlebars, and last but not least 2stators, and 3 statorcovers.

I just got my subframe tab rewelded as well....This time the welder earned his $$ and came up with a tab that should last longer than the bike..

Re: Finally parked a 12 ! hey SmurfKilla, I noticed your brake pedal in your pic is bent towards the foot peg. Did that happen after you dropped if a few times or did you do that on purpose? I've noticed that on a few bikes

I got an idea for to make your subframe last longer cause I own a gixxer too.I ran a bar from my rear set to the passenger rear set and ahyven't broke a subframe since, try it out.
