i made a whole brace for my gsxr subframe and it has held up great still on my original subframe and it is good as new. just run a flat piece of metal from both bolts of your front pegs to the bottom bolt of your subframe, then run another piece from the subframe bolt straing back to the two bolts of you rear pegs. weld them together, weld nuts on to the back of the holes, and get some longer bolts for everything. don't know if that makes sense to you or not but the whole thing looks like an L when you get done. I made mine for $4. lot cheaper than a subframe
