nice job scotty , got to hit me up with a text sometime so i can come up your way and ride with you guys, and give me some tips on them fairings I've been thinking about molding mine like that as well ever since i came to York that one time and saw J's bike i loved how that looked

Word. Bikes gonna be down for a hot minute. Sending out for paint and powder this week hopefully. Got my gauges mounted so she's prime time. Got a new gpr v4 too. So it's on like donkey kong real soon

i like the curved look of yours but didnt wanna be a biter so i did mines dif mine are boxed in on the inside too lemme kno whatcha think you are the first one to see em besides my girl and she ****** hates htat bike she`s mad jelious of it lol

Dope man. Nice. Putting the insides in too was a good way to reinforce it. Bike looks good. I still haven't gotten around to painting or anything. Spent money on bills and some other parts for my bike. My wife hates me bike too lol.

im starting mine in the next few days after i dig all the snow away so i can get to my shed and see what i have layn around lol , what did you use to fill and make it all smooth scotty?

U just melt alot of plastic into the welds. Then when u sand the round stuff off it's near perfect, just skim coat with bondo or whatever body filler u have

(TTT) just make sure you grind the paint off everything, (what your welding together and the pieces your using for welding rods. the paint contaninates it. and dont buy abs plastic welding rods they suck use scrap pieces of what ever your welding. i glassed the inside of some ofthe joints too. you can use a heat gun to shape the spare pieces how ever you want i used the 636 dash panels heated em up and put them in a vise between some plywood to make flat pieces this was my first time welding plastic and it came out good i bought it off egay for like $60
