its all 3/8'' steel so its thicker than my old powers 12bar . i know it looks like its just bolted to the end of the tail but thats just where the scrape bar bolts to the rest of the 12bar structure i made it so i can swap out the ac style bar with a round bar without having to take the whole tail apart. kinda like the new stunt kits from SI http://www.sickinnovations.com/0102f4istuntkit.html

You fuggered up your tank pretty good... but at least you flipped your radiator overflow....

, but the new 08 tank is more work then it is on a 06-07 tank. they changed the tank design so its not a smooth top surface or i would of done a better job, i could bondo it and repaint it to make it look pretty, but hey its a stunt bike, thats the least of my worries, if your worried about it lookin pretty then your in the wrong sport!!!!!
But It serves its purpose and I fit snug in the tank...

I flipped it around so I dont magically somehow kick it and have it break off. Plus it looks ugly sitting forward with out fairings to hide it, so i flipped it...

Doesn't really matter.. just cosmetics... I just thought it was kinda ugly lookin like that was all.. plus it looks like it's easier to break off in a crash also. Only takes a second to do...
