Re: Crash Pictures

damn, that sucks bro....i can't believe they dragged your bike out of the ditch like that....i would definately write a complaint to her boss about that whole situation, i've done that before and actually gotten a cop some unpaid time off :-)

Re: Crash Pictures

I've already begun to go way over her head, and suprise suprise she already doesn't seem to be well-liked. It was in a private lot, she didn't see anything, everyone she talked to told her the same thing (the truth) about what happened (mechanical failure), I don't think this will stick. It's just a lame to kick a guy when he's down, literally.
They really didn't do any damage to my bike dragging it out. The only thing that seems to be wrong is the rims are horrible dented from jumping the curb.

Re: Crash Pictures

if its private, nobody else was involved, and the **** didnt exactly know what happened= your good. still get some cheap lawyer just to make 100% sure. most female cops are bush chasing bitches anyways. i know, i used to work with a bunch when i worked for duluth.

Yet it wouldn't have made the bike any bad,
to raise it and bring it over the deck on its own wheels.
but maybe somebody wanted it to get scratched and dented on purpose.

this sucks boy, i wish you to get out of this as a winner

Re: Crash Pictures

so how much air do yo estimate you caught? height and distance wise?

I would really play up the fact that she held up the ambulance from taking you to the hospital, to write you a ticket. She could have mailed you the ticket, no reason for her to do that. Say that your leg was broke and you were going into shock. All of that is on top of the fact that it was a bogus ticket, it was mechanical failure, not reckless

Also, no one can blame the tow guy for dragging the bike out like that. If the rims were bent and/or no one could push it out themselves, that's the only option. They're not about to winch it out with someone holding it up and walking alongside, that's not safe.

not sure, all I remember is looking down on the trees before I landed on one, so I think I was pretty high up

the tow truck guy HAD to winch it out

Re: Crash Pictures

Oh ****! That hurt. Yeah, I don't see why she had to write the ticket on scene like that. I'm not at all surprised though, we all know thats how cops are.
