Fight the ticket at all it will be dropped. no witness to the accident. Always fight that ****. You can win by summary judgement on this one, don't even have to show up for court. Just send in a Written Declaration.

fight the ticket and more than likely (depending on your record, judge) you will win. but a question, was that a parking lot or a public road u wrecked on? heal up fast man, nothing sucks more than almost dying and then getting a she-man butch devil to write you ticket. but just letting you know also, you cant really sue her, it would go to small court if it even goes through, and then it would take forever for things to get set into motion. dont waste your time.
