your there, but relax kid. You look all tense and ****. its just a quad, the worst thing that can happen is your going to scratch your grab bar. straighten your left leg and not your right. Stand straight up and lean back.

I disagree, leave the idle down and get good with just using the throttle and brake. but not so much your draggin the brake all the time.

no need for idle crap... just get used to your throttle and ride your brake till u get comfortable.. in no time u wont even use the brake.. and like the other guy said straighten out your left leg... loosen up... looking good though

That makes sense, learn with the idle down so you can be twitchy on the throttle and chances are your going to stall out a few times which is always fun. I think there is a reason why people use to crank their idle up to the moon when everyone started learning slow stuff.

try it both ways and see how you like it. I have never heard of anyone that was learning wanting to keep there idle low. its usually only cause they dont know what it will do for them.
