Will here is the way I gather this. I was there when the manager of Celi's told us if we had the show he would get all the permits and stuff we need to have it there. SO Jack you talked to a police officer or talk to the city council people? Police don't give the permits out it is usually done by the aspirate city department. If it were me I would make every effort to explain to them the whole deal and the amount of money and time you have wrapped up. Also explain how you were told by Celi's they would handle the permits. What can it hurt worse they do is tell you no which I hear is the case now anyways.

From what I can tell we did our part and they failed to do theirs. As a person that runs a bar how the Fu__ can you not now the township your bar is in has a 90 waiting period for permits. Hell we talked to them about the show at least two months ago. Yeah I am a little bitter about how this deal makes our group look bad and screws those who planned on coming out. If Jack didn't have moneys wrapped in Celis I would say F even going there. To me they clearly waited till the week before to even try and get a permit. Sounds like they wanted to drum up some business and ruin our group’s good name in the process. Thanks a lot for nothing Celi's........


So to answer your question as of right now there is no stunting.
