Okay, once upon a time, there was this thingy called tha intarweb...ahem, umm, Internet. And these umm doods called hackers were like, umm..trying to communicate without setting off filters and stuff...so they came up with their own "language" of sorts called 'leet or leetspeak (as in elite) to get by this stuff the Man set up..and then, years later, it's mostly a joke, and you've got guys like lucky saying "OMFG, Sonic roxorz the Big !!!!111!"
