anyhow whether the damage is done or not, it was the only way to get him to respond to me. he had stopped answering all my PM's and emails so this thread did what i wanted it to do which was get his attention

 

yeah moto did the right thing by posting this thread i quit ansering him because i felt that there was nothing i could do he had the fiddy it was running like a champ when i sent it out so i felt it wasnt my problem all he wanted was some "stock parts" witch i have sent him and he is happy now so i guess its taken care of now :YEAH

Go after the shipping company, they don't know whats in the box so they don't care how its treated unless the person shipping the item checks a box saying "fragile". I'm told all the time by the UPS store people that unless I check that box and pay a little more, the package will not be handled very well and will be tipped, bumped, slid, and tossed on its way. Call fedex and see if it was insured, if so then they owe you money. Way to clear things up 120clown, very classy of you.

ok somethin aint addin up here! 120clown started out calling him motopussy,and *****, o I think he called motopsyko32 a fu**ing liar a few times too and ect...ect... then when MOTOPSYKO32 said something about having all of his PM's he sent and recieved from 120CLOWN i think 129CLOWN said "thats shady" then he started calling MOTOPSYKO32 "BRO"(about 50 times) CLOWN's attitude completely changed after the statement about the PM's. I wonder why? any ideas? anyways glad to see it resolved! DID WE LEARN A LESSON??
