A while back I bough a 50 from 120Clown (Shawn). I was nervous not knowing him and all but I trusted since he said he had a good rep to keep. After some time I finally got my "almost new" 04 50 in a box all broken and dirty. The pegs were bent, the tail was bent, the fairings were displodged, etc. I contacted him about it and he apologized profusely and said he would bitch at his friend (who shipped it) for riding it. It was shipped with gas in it and leaking oil from the oil overflow line.

I had to contact him again cause he had failed to tell me that he "lost" the key to it so the ignition was wired on all the time. Fine I accepted that and asked him for the paperwork from the dealer... guess what... he threw it away.

Finally I get oil in it and fill it up with gas and take it out for a spin after straightening the bent pegs and shifter and brake pedal. It has a tick. A LOUD tick. I contact 120clown about it and he says it is normal to contact the guy that sold him the 88cc kit (Fab50 or whatnot). I contacted him and he was extremely helpful in troubleshooting the problem telling me there should not be a tick AT ALL.

I am told to check the valves so i take it to the shop to check the valves, install a big bar kit and fix the ignition. Well, seems the valve clearence was fine but the valve was BENT. After replacing the valve I test drove it in the parking lot. Well guess what, the correct compression blew a hole in the piston and rebent the valve. I contacted 120clown again just to tell him how he *****in ripped me off and he again apologized and said he would send me the stock 50 parts so I wouldnt have to buy the 88CC kit again.

Here I am over 2 months gone by and numerous calls and PM's (which he has read) and I still have a 50 as a paperweight and no original parts for the 50.

I remember in one of our conversations that he said he would understand if I started a thread like this cause of all the **** i have been through with this 50.

So basically 120clown ripped me a new ******* to the tune of $1200 for the 04 fiddy shipped to FL, $490 dollars for a new 88cc kit off ebay, over $120 in labor at the local shop and countless time of lost work taking the bike and parts to and from the shop.

So to sum this up, **** YOU 120Clown and if anyone does business with this ******* be careful... i wouldnt doubt it if this 50 was stolen!
