just got the cage today and shortened the can... This thing is a tank!

 

How long did it take to install that thing? Looks good bud, you're ready to rock the streets. Feel bad for cbrdude... he seems pretty happy about the snow. I am too since I"m waiting for my ride to get to the dealership. Bummer for anyone who wants to ride... stud the tires, you'll be fine.

 

It took a lil over an hour since i had to mod the cage a lil bit since its meant for a newer zx6r.. cbrdude will be back out riding pretty soon.. He will be gettin insurance soon so he will be able to ride then.. were going over to put on his cage pretty soon.. will have some pics of his bike posted up later tonight or tommorow.. lol studdin the tires wont be til next winter if i can find some cheapy tires..

I dont blame ya, I bought my R6 new, But after a couple mishaps, it's no big deal!!! Ask F.P.L.K.S., he had a show condition GSXR 1k, now it's scrap!!!

 

that's why i buy salvage bikes....that way when they are scrap metal in 6 months i don't really care.
