24's to trade for a bike...

Got a set of like new 24's with tires. Paid $5,000. for them about 3 months ago. Looking to trade for a clean titled bike. I have one person interested, but if it falls threw i want to know if ne1 else is interested??? The rims are 24inch Kaotik Passions, w/BFG tires. These tires are like $550 a piece...... Rims were like $700 each...

will they fit my '88 ford festiva? i still got the factory 12's on there and im looking to upgrade the bling a little. will it matter that the wheels/tires weigh more than the car itself?
