yep....we have the same damn thing here in ohio.....stupid me. I am so used to putting on my seatbelt as soon as I get in the car (thanks mom) that I put it on when I drive over to the mailbox.

I've tinted every car I've ever had and have just put on my seatbealt and roll down the windows whenever I got pulled over and has worked for me~
