So, I just called Clinton Township Fire Department to get the ordinances and codes to build my fire pit..

Yeah.. They want $125 for a one time use permit. So everytime I would have a fire it would cost me $125... What a joke....

NO.. I am not even going to deal with it..

Every one is like just do it.. But coming from past experience, its not cool when the cops show up at your house with a fire truck and then hand you a bill for $500 or $1000..

I'm just gonna say **** it and not even deal with.. Peeps can warm up with my BBQ..

 

build it with bricks and don't let it get out of controll you have no body near you to call the cops

Why not get a terra cotta pot? I don't think you need any special permit for those...

and...in my neighborhood (which is Clinton Twp), the cops never show up when there are fires blazing in my neighbors yards, and I GUARANTEE they don't get permits...
