Neighbor just called me freeked out thinking it was me a bike was mangeled at groesbeck and harrington any info on who this might be and if hes ok

Damn, seems to happen a lot up here. Makes me nervous being new to the area and all. There's tons of bikes around, suprised ppl aren't more aware. Hope the person is ok
