Anyone know who owned this bike??

Im interested in buying this bike but from all the mods and the from the person that is selling the bike, I have reason to belive that the bike has really been ragged on. I know bikes can withstand abuse but I have a feeling this bike was taken to another level. The old owner of the bike supposedly move to cali. Im curious if anyone knew or rode with the old owner and could give me a little history. The bike sounds too good to be true. I know the guy that has the bike in his possesion right now real well, but it still sounds a little fishy. Its a 2001 r1 with 5500 miles.

Thanks

It looks extended, and those guys over there drag race. So it may have been beet on a quarter mile at a time.

I just talked to a couple other people that knew the old owner. I was right, the bike has been beaten to death. From my understanding it was at the track a lot!!! People are always right, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Im still on the hunt for a good deal.

THE DRAG STRIP OR THE TRACK. And I would buy that before I bought a bike that was stunted.
