Has anybody pulled there motor and have to split the crankcase to get into the trans? Im wondering if you have to disassemble the stator and the gear on the direct opposite side of the stator. any help would be appreaciated thanks.

1) if you plan on getting MORE than just gaskets and gears (pretty much anything else), check prices on www.ronayers.com, but it's not worth it unless you can justify the shipping cost, so make a medium sized order. Ron Ayer's Suzuki has some of the best new OEM prices on the net.
2) call Tony @ Cafe Concepts...he's a good guy and has a nice shop. I'm sure he'd be willing to work with you
3) Goto your local dealer and have them ship the parts to their shop so you avoid any shipping charges.
