Suspension set up?

Who or were can I get my suspension set up? Im 5’5 and 130lbs soaking wet so with that said I think the bike is set way to stiff. Its a 98 CBR f3 and i think factory settings.

I'm in the same boat as you, and actually on same bike as you. Anyway, I need to do adjust my suspension too. [/rhyming]

There's howto's and guide's and stuff floating around on the net, I just haven't put in any time/effort learning about it.

But I don't think it's a hard thing to do. It's trial and error.

I used the settings off of Sportrider.com and they worked good on my F4i, but I am the same weight as the test rider. 130 is a little lite in comparison. You might want to try that site, and just bump the preload down a notch.
