hey bro not for nothin but u say u have everything loose as far as the bolts right? well if so and they seem to be sticking in the stock position use this idea, that ive seen draggers use to get that little bit extra travel out of the forks before strapping them with the drag strap, to gradually put pressure and gradually slide the forks up wards (i assume that the fron wheel and everything is still on). have someone hold the bike straight (or use rear stand) usa a ratchet strap around the frot tire at the top (best to take the front fender off for this so u dont crack it) then attach the othe end of the strap around yer lower or upper (which ever is easier) and slowly crank down on the ratchet strap.........first the travel will come out of the forks then when enough pressure is applied the forks will begin to move up in the trees!

hey why dont you give us back our mascot allredy jeeeeeeeshhhh!!!
if you have all of the fasteners loose...take a large screwdriver and LIGHTLY spread the triples at the pinch point...they are just binding up...or shoot them with some wd-40 overnioght (but tighten the bolts or your bike will be on the floor the next morning....torches on fork tubes is not a good idea...
thanks guys i will give it a shot, and i know tourches are not a good idea, tried prying them already with a screw driver must just be stuck. we'll give it another go tonight.
Thanks

WAIT!WAIT!
Don't do any prying, etc. There are clips around the fork tubes that prevent the clip-ons from sliding down, and in turn, hold the triple where it's at. They go about 3/4 of the way around the fork tubes, kind of like a snap ring. Lift the triple up, then wiggle the clip-ons up and you should see them. Just pop them off and you should be good to go lowering.
