Yes.. But my property is .46 acre (including house). But I live on a corner lot and have a hug front and hug side easement that I have to cut...With those Im around .75 acre.. ANyone who has been to my house laughed their *** off when they found out I used a push mower to cut it...

I finally just got my fat *** another gym membership.. Powerhouse in Fraser (14 & Hayes)... Was there at about 530ish this morning.. So thats my exercise plan...

Basically $99 covers your sign up and first month.. Then its $39/month for a year.. If you prepay a year, you get 2 months added on for free..

I like it there too.. Nice and Close.. LTF on Hayes was way to far..

Just picked up a Larson 22 with a 454 in it....deep V so it splits the waves pretty good. Are boats the wave of the future for everyone here???
