im around the same 6' 185 and i would have to say that because you really havent rode alot you really dont need a liter bike.......half the people i know no that have 600's dont even ride them to their fullest......if your wanting the bike only because of looks then more power to ya
but in all reality your most likely gonna get what you want anyways .....so all i have to say is be carefull and try to get out on some rides with people who have ridden just to get some good experience

Well I am not as tall as any of these ****s.. But at a mere 5'5", I loved my F-2 as my first bike, that I tought myself how to ride on.. 954 is alot of power for a newbie.. Plus on the F-2 you will be able to get off alot cheaper, and you will not feel as bad when you drop it.. You are almost guaranteed to at least drop your first bike.. It will feel alot better droping abike you spent 3-4 G's on rather than 7-8... Ya feel me??? Good luck and let us know what ya hooked up with...
As for that jump off, I will do the swift kick.. Just make sure I got a milk crate to stand on to do it...

The liter bike thing does not scare me for a first bike as much as the fact that most liter bikes have an inherent twitchy behavior....that is the biggest problem with a newbie on one...I am with these guys...get and older F2....they are cheap and parts are readily available....
