Nearest I can figure, the kid in the car was trying to knock the kid on the bike down with the car door. Ha ha right? Get it on video right?

I'm guessing the reason you didn't see it at first was because maybe their bandwidth got hosed.
But yeah, he was trying to knock the little kid off his bike. Which he probably succeeded in doing, but you don't see that on the video. I'm guess he was leaning on the door, and when it came back at him, it came back with ALOT of force (don't ask me how I know this ) and probably knocked him off balance and then he just fell forward and out the door.... and WHAM! $20K in dentist and plastic surgery bills...
