Anyone hit any of the local hills? If so do they have a nice base at all, or just a giant ice patch?

damn, Thats not right, lol....I ve been wanting to take of and make a trip of it for a year now. Too bad my work sux worse than I tell people.

went to mt holly they have a rail and 2 ghey jumps in their usual park spot.... they also have 2 halfway decent sized jumps on the backside.....

snowboarding trip in feb. .... snowshoe mt west virginia if anyones interested lemme know

 

went to pine **** today it was prety good. there was 3 tiny and 3 big jumps, a box, and a car with the windows welded shut, that was pimp, it was not on the hill yet but i built a lil kicker and board slid the roof down the windsheald to the fender untill the stupid ski potrol riped my jump down LOL :YEAH that place is gona be sweet once all there rails are up!

 

Went out to Alpine Valley last Sat and it was good for the weather we have been having

 

I went to Alpine Thursday night and Sunday. They have a bunch of boxes and jibs by the pipe and a great kicker to a rail right in front of the bar. I blew my shat out on that and when I walked into the bar I got a standing ovation. I still can't make a fist...

 

ha sweet. how big was the gap the the rail?

 

I hate Alpine, last time I went it kicked my ***, and so did the lodge and the fence that they happen to put right at the bottom of the big hill!!!

 

There isn't a gap, the rail goes right to the top of the jump that's about 4 and a half feet tall. The landing is flat. I popped up into the rail half way... I'm pretty sure I broke my tail bone...
It's nothing that Jack and a few alieve can't handle!

I bet he was the guy that helped my buddy when he dislocated his elbow.
